Our Fix or No-Charge Guarantee applies to labor for diagnosis and repair attempts when we are unable to diagnose the issue or complete the repair during the service visit. The guarantee does not cover trip/service-call fees, parts/materials, previously approved or completed work, problems that are intermittent or not reproducible, situations where required utilities are unavailable, unsafe/inaccessible conditions, warranty/recall or dealer-only repairs, customer-provided parts, or hidden/pre-existing damage discovered during service.
