Who We Are

Faithful Jack was founded with one mission: to make RV and camper repair easier, more honest, and more convenient for everyday RV owners. We’re a mobile-only service, which means we come to you instead of making you drag your rig to a crowded shop.

Story / Philosophy:
We’ve seen too many RV owners get stuck—either literally on the side of the road, or figuratively with long repair waits and confusing invoices. Faithful Jack was created as a better option. We focus on:

How did we come up with the name Faithful Jack?

We went back and forth on a lot of different names before we found one that truly matched who we are and what we stand for. We wanted a name that communicated trust, dependability, and our faith in Jesus Christ.

One day, while sitting on our back porch, we were watching our mini donkeys out in the pasture—and that’s when the name Faithful Jack came to us.

A male donkey is called a jack, and when we got our mini donkeys a few months earlier, something surprised us: the boys turned out to be the most affectionate and loyal of the bunch. Our two jacks, Otis and Bo, would hee-haw like crazy every time they saw us. And the more time we spent with them, the more trust we built with each other.

After the name clicked, we started wondering if there was any connection in Scripture. We quickly found that donkeys show up throughout the Bible in meaningful ways—Jesus riding a colt, Balaam’s donkey speaking, Samson using a donkey’s jawbone, and more.

So Faithful Jack isn’t just a cute logo. It represents our values and the kind of company we’re working hard to build. Our mission is simple: to provide faithful repairs, reliable service, and quality products for our customers. We may not be perfect, but we will always do our best to do what’s right.
